Kathmandu, April 27 — The Grade 12 examinations have officially commenced across Nepal from today, with a total of 418,008 students appearing in this year’s national-level assessment.

The National Examination Board (NEB) has stated that all logistical and administrative preparations have been completed to ensure the examinations are conducted in a systematic, fair, and secure manner across designated centers nationwide. The board has also expressed its commitment to publishing the results within approximately six weeks following the completion of the examinations.

According to the examination schedule, tests are being held simultaneously across the country each day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. In order to maintain discipline and avoid last-minute inconvenience, the NEB has instructed all examinees to arrive at their respective examination centers at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the exams.

Security arrangements and monitoring mechanisms have been strengthened to ensure a smooth and credible examination process. The board has further urged students, invigilators, and concerned stakeholders to adhere strictly to examination guidelines and maintain integrity throughout the process.

The Grade 12 examinations are considered a crucial academic milestone for students, determining their eligibility for higher education and future academic pursuits.
